She attended our inspection, completed the final walkthrough on our behalf, and even did a blue-tape walkthrough of our new construction home to make sure the items we identified were addressed and completed properly. She was our eyes and ears when we couldn’t physically be there.
She also advocated for us throughout the entire process, going back and forth with the builder multiple times on counteroffers and renegotiations and communicating with the title company whenever something needed to be corrected or clarified. She stayed on top of every detail and made sure our interests were represented.
What we appreciated most was knowing that we had someone we could trust locally while managing such a major purchase from another state. Veronica was responsive, proactive, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was right before we closed.
