My goodness... words could not describe how gorgeous the home is. She’s not only did good, she did phenomenal! Venessa is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late night emails after midnight. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in her. Our transaction went smoothly and we closed on time. We had a small issue that was no fault of hers. Title had dropped the ball on some documents. Venessa didn’t even bat a lash - she stayed on top of title and got us closed with ease and grace.
