Vanessa was great. She checked in throughout the deal to make sure we were comfortable with everything and answered any questions we had. She made the process less stressful than we were expecting.

Where do I begin! Not only was Vanessa attentive to my needs on a daily basis, but there were times I would be talking to her and her children were in the background being rambunctious! Not only is this woman handling hundred thousand dollar deals. She’s also being a mother and killing it at the same time. I would recommend Vanessa to one of my friends and family. She is classy, down to earth, aggressive, and kind hearted. When things didn’t go right with key mortgage, she was the first one to raise concerns and help get this deal done with Veterans united. I am totally grateful to have met Vanessa, and now consider her a very dear friend. Baird and Warner would be foolish to ever let a broker like this get away!!

I must admit I am a bit of a slacker when it comes to writing reviews. This is for my awesome RE Agent, Vanessa Peterson…. I had just went through a really rough divorce and was very depressed and not doing well. Didn’t know what I should do with my house, should I move, should I stay!! I didn’t know what to do. Definitely loved my neighborhood and the area I lived in. One day my sister was going to a wedding of a member of a family that we grew up with and she still hung out with a lot. So, my sister said his new wife is a Realator and did I want her to get the wife’s number so I said ok. When I was ready, at least I thought I was, I called Ms. Vanessa and from that moment on she was wonderful. Very sweet on the phone and very understanding of me crying telling her my story about the divorce and my anxiety and everything. Needless to say, she became my Realator and she took over from there getting me connected with Zenlist and what I was looking for and could afford. We instantly clicked and I thought, I really dig this chick and I can see myself even being friends with her. She is a breath of fresh air, very attentive, understanding, funny and so sweet and didn’t mind my way of talking cause I swear a lot when I talk about anything lol I will be going back to her again and again if I ever plan on moving and I will recommend her to friends and family. Vanessa was great during the entire process of helping my brothers and I sell our childhood home. Very good communication and was very responsive to every request or question I had. She knew the market well. It was a seamless process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Vanessa.

Many mental breakdowns throughout the process however, she really understood me and felt like family after everything was done. She was kind enough to give us plenty of food that lasted 2 days after so I would say she's been amazing!!

Vanessa was amazing. She was able to get someone out the day after I expressed interest in a property, put in an offer the same and and within the third day the sellers accepted the offer. She was extremely knowledgeable and was in constant contact with me and answered any questions I had. She want so far as to acquire a foundation inspection from a professional company by providing the home inspection report and was able to negotiate an $1800 reimbursement from closing costs. She made the entire homebuying process less stressful then I thought it would be and was very flexible with my unruly schedule and I will recommend her highly to anyone and everyone I speak with.
