Vanessa was a true professional and a pleasure to work with. From the first time we connected to the closing table, she was nothing but communicative professional, and always going above and beyond for our client. She was more than knowledgeable for our client and knew exactly what we needed anytime anything popped up. She knew all the VA guidelines and made sure the transaction was smooth. I would love the chance to work with Vanessa again! Best real estate agent in Ohio I've met thus far!

Vanessa was very thorough and very detailed oriented in everything she did to help me find my home! No stone was unturned and she knocked it out of the park!

Vanessa Linden is the BEST REALTOR EVER. She is awesome to work with, very loving and definitely cares about her clients. My daughter even calls her Bestie.

Vanessa was one of the best realtors I could have ever asked for! She was always there to answer our calls when we needed her, she worked around our schedule to show us houses, and she was always showing up with a smile! I will be recommending her to anyone I know looking to buy a home!

We relocated from Iowa to Ohio, and we had the pleasure of working with Vanessa Linden as our realtor. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience. Vanessa was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. Moving to a new state can be overwhelming, but she made everything feel smooth and well-organized. She took the time to understand our needs, was always available to answer questions, and provided excellent guidance at every step, from home searching through closing. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients truly stood out. We always felt that she had our best interests in mind, and her expertise gave us complete confidence in our decisions. We are extremely grateful for Vanessa’s hard work and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is a tremendous asset to Russell Real Estate Services. Sincerely, Richard & Jessica Fincham
