Vanessa Henderson and Steve Pener were an absolute delight to work with. They were very good communicators and always gave us the information we needed to make sound and informed decisions. They each bring a different style to their roles, which made the experience even more enjoyable and comfortable for us as we navigated the buying process.

Working with Vanessa was one of the best decisions we made in our home search. She has an incredible understanding of the area and a sharp instinct for value, which gave us immediate trust in her guidance. She was always available, highly communicative, and struck a perfect balance between offering thoughtful advice and giving us the space to make our own decisions. Vanessa was refreshingly honest throughout the process and helped us stay focused on what truly mattered to us, especially during moments when it would have been easy to get distracted. Thanks to her, we were able to get the home we had our hearts set on. We’re so grateful for her help and even more grateful to now to call her our friend!

Steve and Vanessa did an excellent job with the sale of our home. We moved after listing it and had no worries with Vanessa and Steve.

Vanessa and Steve were incredible to work with and I’m very grateful for all their efforts. Strongly recommend them both.

Vanessa and Steve represented me for two home sales this summer. They went above and beyond at each point and their advice was always invaluable. I am deeply appreciative of their efforts.
