Wow! Great experience It’s hard to put into words the positive experience I had working with Vanessa. But in short, she’s positive, professional and knowledgeable. Never pushy but got things done. Flexible to accommodate my crazy schedule and always adjusted- with a smile! I really appreciated her assistance in helping my mom and I find the right property to accommodate our changing situation. I highly recommend Vanessa !

Realtor Of The Year!!

This was our first time purchasing a home and when we met Ms. Vanessa it was not by mistake. We did not have a realtor and Ms. Vanessa offered her services. Since then after accepting her services, she has not left our side during this stressfull time. She was always cheerful, patient, knowledgeable and giving wise advice. She always had her clients best interest at heart and worked extremely hard to accomplish our home purchase. I highly recommend the impeccable and knowledgeable realtor services to any home buyer, whether first timers or not. Thank you !! Thank you!!!

Best Realtor I've Ever Worked With! Vanessa is by far the best Realtor I've ever worked with; so much so that this is our fourth real estate transaction together in both buying and selling property including houses and condos. Vanessa is a true professional in every sense of the word, from her smart, business-like appearance to her vast knowledge of the Florida Real Estate market she is the person you want on your team. Some of Vanessa's many qualities include a strong work ethic, expert market knowledge, patience and diligence. She is sweet, kind and caring and is an absolute pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with Vanessa again in my next real estate transaction. Verified by RateMyAgent

Muy Profesional y Amable.Gracias

Outstanding Venessa is a very knowledgeable realtor who performs her duties in a professional and deligent manner. Aside from her realtor skills she is truly a caring person who goes above and beyond to minimize the stress associated with the selling of a property and the associated task of moving. She always reminds you that she is only a phone call away and if you need anything simply call. While others might say the same in Venessa's case she means it. She was a pleasure to work with and I would strongly recommend her to friends.

Vanessa Bynum five star rating

Vanessa Bynum was always available for showings and promptly found answers to all our questions. Her professionalism and work ethic were the best of any agent that we've used before. Local real estate knowledge and industry contacts made working with her a pleasurable and successful experience. We will recommend and use her services in the future. Thank you, Vanessa for going above and beyond the norm to help us in the purchase of our condo.

You will never find a harder working person in the Real estate industry. She works hard for every penny that she makes whether you are a buyer or seller. Going with her is the only choice you should make when looking for a realtor .

Great experience working with Vanessa! I worked with Vanessa on both purchasing and selling property and continue to work with her on current real estate acquisitions. Buying and selling property can be a daunting task especially in this highly competitive market but Vanessa makes the whole process simple and worry free. She is hard working, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. She's also very patient, trustworthy and responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. Vanessa is a Realtor who puts the needs of her clients first and puts the word "customer" in customer service.

Wow is my first thought! I have never encountered a person in my life and I am going to be 61 that has put more care and effort into a deal regardless of the price she is tenacious professional and at the end of the day she will bend over backwards for a deal if you have any thoughts about using her do it you won’t be sorry She made everything so easy
