Vanessa is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She was wonderful to work with and we appreciated her continuous communication. Her attention to detail was outstanding, whether she was writing our listing, showing our home or ensuring all steps were followed through. She always had our best interests in mind on both the selling and buying ends of our real estate transactions. I don’t think we would’ve found anyone who would’ve worked harder for us. Whenever we needed an answer from her, we had it imminently. Lastly, she was a lovely person to work with. We are grateful for having such a good person guide us through one (Two! Buying and selling,) of the most stressful events of our lives.

Vanessa is extremely attendant and listens to your needs. She works tirelessly to forward you listings and patiently shows you around. She is very warm and a delightful person to work with. Not aggressive, and willing to work at your pace. Yes, we would not only use her again, but also highly recommend her to our friends!

She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, showing us multiple properties and guiding us with patience and care every step of the way. Even after facing several rejected offers, she remained positive, supportive, and committed to helping us find the perfect fit. Vanessa is kind, personable, and truly wonderful to work with. We’re so grateful for her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Vanessa Aliaga: knowledgeable, responsive, pleasant, upbeat, positive, the 'keep all team players on track' agent. Just the type of agent one needs to represent. Vanessa Aliaga became my buyer referral agent when I decided to cancel my NY search with another terrific agent from the company. Needless to say, it was a blessing, a great fit! Vanessa Aliaga understands the market, but also openly acknowledged my expressed interest and patiently worked with me while I found the house of my choice. What I found, as with all great agents I've previously worked with... referrals for buyers' fulfillment of contractual obligations, of which there were choices, were just as dedicated and competent, not to mention reasonable. Would I recommend Vanessa Aliaga? Absolutely!

Working with Vanessa Aliaga was a great experience from start to finish. She was always responsive, knowledgeable, and made herself available whenever I had questions or concerns throughout the process. Vanessa guided me every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. I truly appreciated her professionalism, patience, and dedication, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

It was a pleasure working with Vanessa. She was professional, patient, and incredibly informed about her line of business. She worked with us step-by-step, and we are incredibly appreciative of everything she did to sell our home. Vanessa was fantastic and I would suggest her to anyone looking to buy or sell. A 10/10 experience!!

Vanessa is the best. She always made herself available by phone or for showings. And was there to answer all my concerns and explain things I didn’t understand. She’s somebody who’s on your side and has your best interest at heart.
