Valerie understood not only the market, but also that my brother & I were working on a tight deadline to fix up and sell our other brother's house. She made suggestions that helped improve the value of the property, recommended very capable (& financially reasonable) painters & cleaners, and did a lot of "little things" that pop up whenever selling a home that further facilitated the process.
