Valerie Vanhook is the most amazing real estate agent! She helped us find a wonderful home a few years ago. She was so sweet and kind, always listened to everything we had to say, any concerns etc. I felt like I could ask her anything, and she always listened and had great advice. She was there for us when we unexpectedly had to sell our house, and I look forward to working with her again when I start looking for a home to buy in October of this year. :)

Sweet Valerie was such a pleasure to work with! As a military family moving from Virginia to NC very last minute, Valerie went above and beyond to make the house buying process so wonderful for us! Not to mention, in the summer of 2021, when homes were flying off the market left and right! She made countless trips and took so many photos and videos when we couldn’t be there to see the homes in person. We found a home in Porters Neck, in September 2020,,right before we were married.in November. Covid was such a factor with everything from the appraisal until the closing. Valerie IS THE REASON- we are here now ! Every obstacle possible seemed to come up and she handled each one with professional expertise. She also had our townhome under contract in 3 days!!! We would HIRE HER AGAIN and AGAIN!

Valerie was the best to work with. She is very patient and understanding. We were moving from PA to NC with limited time to view houses but Valerie did her best to help us. She worked hard for us with the builder and mortgage company to make our move happen. She is a rock for her clients.

Without Valerie, we wouldn't have our home. Valerie was extremely helpful for us while buying our first home. She went over everything step by step and was available for any questions we had.
