My experience with Valerie started more than a year ago when I was initially looking for land to buy. I live out of state and was looking to move to the Asheville area. Valerie took over the listing of my property from my original agent after approximately eight months where original agent had not followed through with some specific things I had requested of her, despite having a couple of months to accomplish those things. There should have been more follow through on her part. All I can deduce was she thought minimal effort was required since I was an out of state seller and that perhaps I wouldn't find out things were left undone.
