She was amazing agent. She was very knowledgeable and commuative throughout the transaction.

I had the opportunity to work with Valerie, she was the listing agent on the transaction for my first time home buyer and she was helping the owners sell the home she helped them buy a few years back. Couldn’t have asked for a better listing agent to work with! When it came to consistent communication, creative problem solving, and being hands on every step of the way with her clients you can count on Valerie. Thanks again Valerie and I look forward to working with you again!

My husband's and my experience with Val was superb! She was very patient and never made us feel rushed through the process. She is very personable and takes communication seriously. We have dealt with a few realtors in our time, but this experience was the best by far!!

As the cooperating agent on Valerie’s listing, I found her to be incredibly responsive and professional throughout the entire transaction. I would gladly work with her again.

I’ve worked with Valerie Fischer twice now to find tenants for my townhouse in Coatesville, and both times she made the process so easy and quite painless. She really knows the local market and brought me great, qualified renters quickly. She’s efficient, professional, kind, and always, always goes the extra mile. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor in Chester County!
