I can't say enough wonderful things about Karen and her positive impact on our house search in California. Two years ago we had a fast timeline to move our family of 5 across the country from Maryland. We were recommended to work with Karen from a family member and she exceeded our expectations. Karen wasn't pushy; she really listened to what we desired in our new location/home and the result was an absolute home run - no pun intended. We told Karen that we were recommended to live in Orange County, with being new to Southern California, that is what we focused on. What she learned from our time together is that we came from small towns in a rural state, and that we had lived in the DC metro region for the past 10 years. We really desired a slower pace, and we wanted to be close to bigger cities. We also had three kids and a large German Shepherd, so we desired space and a town that had a community feeling. After numerous days of not falling in love with anything in Orange County, Karen recommended La Verne. A town she was familiar with in LA County that fit the description of everything we were looking for. We trusted her judgment and decided to give the town a look - we are sure glad we did. We honestly fell in love instantly, and the town was exactly what we were looking for. We already feel confident that we will probably live in this town for the rest of our lives. The final part of our home search was that we needed to choose a home and do everything while we continued out our time in Maryland. Karen visited numerous homes on our behalf and used FaceTime to give us tours of houses that we might like. Having listened closely to what we desired in a home, Karen almost immediately knew if it was the type of place that we would be happy with. We ended up finding an absolute gem of a home in a perfect location, which we never saw in person until the day we moved in. It's the type of home and location that has that wow factor for family and friends that have visited. You should feel confident in choosing to work with Karen.
