My Daughter has used Tyler and his Dad, Scott, for years as her real estate agent. When I went to sell my Condo she recommended them. I found them to be very cordial and worked well with us. However as we progressed...Kim seemed to be the go to person in the deal. I felt totally out of the loop. When the Condo sold...Tyler never told me...Kim did. Kim also explained the escrow papers. Tyler offered to help...but...I realize I am elderly...but it was my Condo and it would have been nice to hear from Tyler about the upcoming process. Not sure what Kim told them about me and her relationship re the Condo, so I don't totally don't blame them. I guessijust felt out of the loop.
No congratulations from them...really no follow thru.
