We'd like to appraise Excellent (5 stars) for Tyler & Tanner Cummings' great service. For special customers as us who came from overseas to buy house in Folsom area, they timely provided wonderful caring, kindness and professional work which resulted in a very successful deal. This is a pleasant and impressive realty purchase experience for us. We are looking forward to further cooperation with them in the future.

Tanner & Tyler are very honest and action-oriented real estate agents. By saying honest, I mean that they know contract well and follow real estate law to a “T”. They are also a very good negotiators. When I bought my condo, it was sudden ( true love at first sight, you get the drill), and I had 6 more  months left on my apartment lease. I owed them $3220 for breaking it. Sactown Property Brothers worked their magic with the leasing manager, and Somehow they let me out without paying a penny! Couldn’t be more thrilled.
