Howard Hanna Allen Tate was great to work with finding a home. They provided a very thorough and comprehensive professional services for finding a home, getting a mortgage and property insurance. This was very important as my husband and I were new to the area and it made the process more simplistic and smooth.

Troy is an outstanding Agent! Allen Tate is very fortunate to have a quality agent as Troy is. This the 3rd home that Troy has either bought ot sold with us. I say with us because his personality & professionalism easily made us feel like partners, friends and almost family. He is an all in, committed agent. Committed to selling the property with the very best market price, of course. He was committed to providing the very best service for my family with the highest integrity, understanding and kindness. His personality stands high above other agents that I worked with. He takes time to listen to my concerns. He offers suggestions in the negotiations that render more $$ in my pocket. I like Troy as a person. He's a fantastic Realtor. I recommend he highly and without reservations. He's the best in my book! I could list so many more details of his over the top service but I'll simply say that my 35 years of buying and selling houses and commercial property, I have never met a finer gentleman nor Agent than Troy! I think that I said it already, He's the Best! Thanks for this opportunity to share. Troy keep up the good work. Dr. Charles A Crosby
