Overall, he was absolutely incredible to work with and made the process seamless. He was very efficient with taking our needs and finding the best possible options when looking for houses. He not only took the time to do all the background research but was also very flexible with our schedules. He didn't hesitate to drive out to the neighborhoods we wanted to explore, even multiple days in a row and during rush hour. To top it all off, he was excellent with communication and responded almost immediately to answer any of our questions. So great to work with Tripp, he really helped make the sale of our fourplex apartment building go smoothly despite many issues that came up with the tenants, building, buyer, etc. I appreciated his support meeting the inspectors and appraisers at the property so we didn’t have to run around making every appointment and unlocking every unit.
