Prior to working in the real estate industry, Tripp spent 15 years in the commercial property and casualty insurance business in Chicago working for multi-national insurers and brokerages where he gained valuable experience dealing with large commercial risks. That experience translated to an understanding of a wide array of businesses, and working with high profile clients who depended on his professionalism and expertise to ensure their organizational exposures were protected. After a successful career, he moved to the real estate industry in 1997 and began working with a national home builder in the Chicago market where he won several industry awards for sales production and in 1999 was named top sales performer for the company. Tripp's interest in Naples stemmed from spending several years visiting the area where his family had owned a home in Naples since 1989. Deciding to take the plunge and relocate to Naples permanently in 2000, Tripp continued his real estate career, bringing his broad sales experience to the local residential market and quickly gained a loyal clientele. Now, with more than 18 years as a Realtor in Naples, he is a veteran with in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of the Naples marketplace and enjoys a successful track record and reputation as a first-class agent among his peers and his clients.
