Let me begin by saying I have known Trevor for the better part of 15 years, and likely more. He has demonstrated his ability to adapt and grow as evidenced by several acquisitions and merger activities. He has progressed rapidly to his well-earned present position as Market President. This would not have been possible had he not demonstrated to management his work ethic and ability to grow the company through his efforts.
One of his admirable attributes is to easily grasp new business concepts and literally all areas of technology. Beyond that he is then required to communicate this material effectively l to his roster of agents…not an easy task. I have attended many of these in person sessions and Trevor delivers just the correct amount of content and detail so as not to discourage his audience and with a very positive spin.
Managing up as well as down can be difficult at times because one must support and encourage his management’s objectives, and then effectively promote the same to staff and agents.
As to his personal style of management, he is truly always available for professional consultation and light social greetings. Demonstrates a sincere appreciation of everyone supporting him. A very effective communicator.
Looking ahead and judging by my observations through the years, Trevor will likely make significant and varied contributions to the company as well as our industry.
