From the day we met her Ms Tranise has been wonderful to work with. What I appreciated the most is that she really listened to our needs and was flexible to adapt to our changing requirements. When we needed time to think through decisions she respected our time and was not pushy. We really appreciated her professionalism though out the whole process.

I know I couldn’t have found a better realtor than her. I went out of the country to Nigeria and she worked overtime and extra hard just to make sure that my closing date didn’t change. This is my second time buying a house and it was another successful purchase. I love the fact that she was HONEST AND UPFRONT about everything. She was always available when I needed her, plus her turnaround time was unbelievable. I’m so glad that I had the pleasure to work with someone that was nice, honest, sincere, and caring like herself.
