After the transactions we've completed I'm not interested in working with anyone else in the greater Seattle market. Her expertise is top notch but what I have valued most is very direct and insightful recommendations regarding everything including pricing, staging, timing, and negotiating. On a scale of 10 instead of 5, I would probably assign 10s to local knowledge and responsiveness, but 11s to process expertise and negotiation skills. She won't buy you chocolate or flowers at the beginning - only at the end - but has consistently provided me the best counsel I have ever received on Puget Sound real estate transactions.
We were very happy with our experience with Tracy. As first time buyers we were concerned about making such a large commitment, and her knowledge of real estate transactions, in particular her deep knowledge of the condo we were interested in, helped put us at easy. She listens well, was available during crunch times, and is not pushy, yet makes sure you know what you need to make a decision. She helped us prepare a bid for a condo that had not yet gone on the market so that we were able to place the bid the day it was listed, and it was accepted. Tracy delivers!
