I believe their pricing strategy is what got me 2 full price offers within 3 days of the initial open house. During that time and before the buyers took possession, they frequently asked me if they could be of help with my move and to help get rid of things. They always responded quickly with my texted questions, no matter the time of day (sorry guys). I am just thrilled with the results - though I did not expect it to happen so quickly!
Jerry and Tracy were so helpful in our search for a new home. We had a tricky list of requirements and they found us so many good properties to look at, in addition to having useful strategies and negotiating tactics we would never have taken advantage of on our own.
