Tracie was absolutely the best real estate my husband and I have ever worked with since moving to the NC area. She was very timely, informative, kind, and always on top of things. We didn't have to chase her down for answers because she always kept us informed as up-to-date as possible. I'm so grateful we were able to conduct business together and have a great working and friendly relationship for buying something so life changing. We would recommend Tracie to every customer you have. Thank you! Sincerely, Reanna Langert

Tracie is very prompt and through my entire experience while very helpful , informative, patient and so much more positive than I can truly express. Tracie is great. She has incredible knowledge of the local area, whatever you need done on a house, she knows a guy. She caught an error with our mortgage that saved us $20,000 in fees and resulted in a lower interest rate. She was there helping us every step of the way. She is an AWESOME realtor.

We live 3 hours away. Tracie was hands on for every question we asked but couldn't be there for. She made buying our dream lake house a reality!

Great service!

We found this gem of a realtor through Zillow and could not have been more satisfied with Tracie’s service in helping us secure our dream lake home. Tracie is sharp! Tracie does what she says she going to do when she says she’s going to do it. Tracie helped us secure a locked contract with a buyer favorable contract within 72 hours of the house going on the market.
