Our family has been interviewing Lending companies for a Home Refinance and happened upon Savvy Mortgage. During the initial call, Tracie Mayo went out of her way to Educate us first and foremost on the process. She explained step by step what to expect along the way, and took time to get to know our scenario to best serve us. The rates for our family were the lowest we had found, but the deciding factor was the local clients first hand experiences. We were sold! Fast forward a few months later, we’re saving hundreds a month, our closing was seamless, and the entire Savvy team was wonderful. I would love to chat about our experience, we were blessed to find Savvy and know we’re in great hands ! Thank you to Tracie, Eileen, and the Team

Very professional group of women who expedited my refi with precision and speed!! I will recommend Savvy to friends, family, and network!!

Tracie is Amazing! Prompt, professional and courteous. Tracie is very clear in all communications, and makes time to pause and check in to make sure I’m not lost in all of the information being presented. She has been so very helpful and patient in providing clarity, reducing my anxiety during the process. I highly recommend!

Tracie Mayo, Eileen Donovan and their team are the quintessential professionals. I was a Mortgage Banker for 25 years in the NYC area and when I moved to the Tampa Bay area full time I decided to work as a realtor to experience this side of the transaction. Mayo Mortgage continues to meet and exceed expectations even with the clients that need extra hand holding thru the mortgage process. I count them as a very valuable part of my team and are definitely a huge part of my success knowing that if they take the loan application it will go all the way to the closing table! They are the best mortgage partners ever.

I have been trying to obtain a mortgage from other lenders and many of them make appointments and never call you back. I called Tracie and she answered the phone and a few hours later after going online and doing my application was pre-approved for a loan...... Thank you Tracie for all you do for me!

Tracie has been amazing thru the entire process. Right on track with getting the loan where it needs to be at the appropriate time and I never wondered what the status was- she kept me fully informed. As the buyers agent, this was greatly appreciated! Thank you Tracie!

Tracie and her team were amazing. My favorite part was the Tuesday updates, as a realtor I really appreciated that!

Tracie and her team are absolutely incredible! They are always available to me and my clients to answer any questions and get us in the best position possible to purchase a home. They remain in constant communication throughout the entire process and provide updates regularly. I have never had a negative experience with Tracie Mayo and her team. I recommend them always!

We absolutely loved working with Tracie and Eileen! What a team effort! Very professional, communication was awesome. They treated us with warmth and understanding. Always available, even on the weekends. They always made time for us and answered any questions we had. It seemed effortless on their part-I don't know how they do it! Would definitely use again if the need arises. Highly recommend!

Great Experience!Tracie and her team are amazing! We faced many stressors when buying our home. But getting a loan wasn't one of them since we were lucky enough to have worked with the Mayo Mortgage Group.Tracie and her team were always available to answer our questions. When I say "always available", I truly mean it. Tracie answered my texts, emails and calls at night and on weekends. Tracie and her team also made it clear what documentation and information was needed from us and why it was needed. Plus, they we're able to get us a rate lower than we expected and money towards our closing costs.Tracie also had a representative from her team at our closing in case any questions or issues came up. On top of that, they provided pizza for us and our friends on the day we moved. These steps were not necessary. But, they were certainly appreciated as they showed true caring.I can't imagine a team that is more knowledgeable, helpful or caring than the Mayo Mortgage Group. They truly provided us with a great experience!
