Tracey has recently helped me search for and purchase a track of land in Stokes County. She was helpful in every way and touched basis with me regularly to work through any issue that popped up. We had some challenges with easements that the seller did not disclose but they were solved due to her help! She helped me navigate tax savings available for the land and made sure these were resolved at closing. She joined calls with me to make sure I asked the right questions and to advocate for my interests. She was very patient with me when I had concerns.
