Tonya and Rhett have been EXCEPTIONAL realtors. They went to bat for us and got a much better deal on a house that we put an offer on, negotiating more than we could ask for. We ran into complexities with the bank on the closing date, however, they were able to negotiate the price on the daily rate for temporary occupancy until closing. My wife, son and I moved out of state to Georgia and it ended up being a longer process than anticipated due to bureaucracy with our lender, but with Tonya and Rhett’s determination, we are smooth sailing. Highly recommend contacting them!!!!
