We live in South Carolina, inherited property in Jenner township 20 years ago and have been trying to sell it ever since. It was in an undeveloped area with HOA restrictions so no one wanted to help. We finally connected with Tonya in March of this year. She took on the hard work even though at the time, she couldn't even drive to the property due to piled up snow blocking the undeveloped road. She fought through all issues and assued us that she would get it sold. After everyone else told us the lot was unsellable, we were almost convinced that the lot was unsellable. Tonya not only gave us hope, within 6 months, she got it sold. We find Tonya to be very responsive, easy to talk to, very dedicated, very knowledgeable and very clear in all her communications. Being so far away (over 600 miles), we were concerned with being able to talk to her when we had questions. She made connecting to and talking with her very easy. She always got back to us right away if she couldn't answer when we called. Without hesitation, we would recommend Tonya to anyone for real-estate transactions. We would give her a 100 star rating if we could.
