Absolutely love Tonya Armstrong. She did a fabulous job handling our Mother's estate for us. She worked diligently to have a quick close and assured us that everything was in order. When our closing date approached, we were nervous something might fall threw. I'm sure a lot of people hear horror stories about things that go wrong, delays, paperwork not in order, etc.that didn't happen to us. Our closing was quick and easy. The hardest part was letting go of my mother's home that was so much a part of our lives growing up and beyond.
Tonya handles herself with class and strives to give her best at every step of the process. I appreciate all she has done and the guidance she has provided me over the years.
Between the realtors there was a couple misunderstandings on communications. The other realtor did abuse the amount of showings and allowing 11 people to come into our home for 2.5 hrs and "hang out" in our home. I felt this was very disrespectful by agent and buyers family. Overall the home was sold quickly and closed without problems.
Tonya did a great job on both sides of the sale and kept me very informed throughout the process. I’ll be using her to sell my other home in Grovetown next year.
