Maria answered a request to show us a house with less than 24 hr notice. During that showing we realized we found more than just a realtor. We found someone with knowledge, patience, honesty, integrity and a great personality. That house didn't work out but she stuck with us until we found one that fit our needs - which was difficult when looking for a multi-gen house. She would preview homes for us and her response time is better than expected. this was our first time using a realtor to buy property out of state. That alone can be overwhelming but she kept us on task and helped to negotiate a good deal. After exploring multiple counties she helped us find what we hope is our last real estate purchase. But if we ever need a realtor in the area, or know someone that does, we will definitely call Maria. We didn't just find a good realtor, we found a friend.
