We had a different situation as the property was under guardianship and some other unusual circumstance. The red tape took some time but the sale and title company and great staff all helped to make a smooth transaction with the sale of my mom’s property. Property sold to a neighbor and was quick. Commission was higher than expected paid on both sides would have been nice to have asked a bit more to cover but overall went very well. Thank you
