A very personal approach to apartment hunting and shopping. From my description of the ideal apartment and location, Mr Sillitti was able to come up with three viable options, one of which was better than anything I had come up with on my own. The whole process was very efficient with Sillitti's use & knowledge of email protocols to expedite the undertaking. The studio apartment has proven to be a comfortable Chicago residence.

I suppose that Tom had a bit of an advantage in that he knew me, what my tastes are, what is important to me, and what I was looking for before we started. In large part, though, that came from years of paying attention to what I was saying when we talked about things that I liked and disliked about my previous property. That being said, my requirements for what I needed in a new home changed in the middle of the process. Tom was able to take in those changes immediately and quickly found properties that met those new requirements.
