We worked with Tom Lasley for many years, for both purchases of land and homes in the Buncombe County area, and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the local housing market and construction standards. He was also helpful in sharing renovation ideas and referring local handymen, etc.

It is pleasure working with Tom. Never felt that he was pushing us in any direction even that we changed our mind couple times. Tom, you are the best !

Fantastic experience working with Tom! He was so easy to work with, very knowledgeable and responsive. I would definitely work with him again if the opportunity arises.

As an out of state buyer, Tom was instrumental in achieving a successful home buying outcome. He was always very generous with his time during the several occasions I was in town to check out various properties, and never hesitated to scout a property and provide feedback before I got on a plane to check it out my self. A true Southern Gentleman with a kind and gentle soul.

I was introduced to Tom Lasley by a mutual friend. Tom was a very patient man through the lengthy house searching process. We live out of state so that made it more complicated. He was quick to look at properties for us being eyes for us. As a former builder/contractor we felt a real sense of trust and security as he would view potential properties from that perspective and would give us honest feedback as to whether a property was worth pursuing or not. His calm presence never wavered and he answered any questions we had to make sure we understood North Carolina laws and processes. He has an awesome voice and is the epitome of southern hospitality and kindness! I highly recommend Tom!

Tom did a great job finding me the perfect property. He is experienced, knowledgeable and works hard to find what you want. What I liked best about him is that he genuinely had my best interests in mind. I never felt like he was trying to sell something.

As a dedicated buyer's agent, Tom offers excellent insight on the quality of a home you are thinking of purchasing. His background in construction gives him knowledge that proves valuable in finding the right property.

Tom is an excellent real estate agent. He is knowledgeable around every aspect of Western North Carolina real estate. We gave him our criteria and he knew exactly how to find what we are looking for. He showed us options to get the most value, the most convenience, and the most opportunity. Tom is not only a real estate expert, but also a very experience builder of homes. He advised us on construction type and quality - a rare skill for real estate professionals. Tom receives our highest possible recommendation.

Tom was wonderful to work with! We live out of state and were looking for a get away condo. Tom was kind enough to walk us through the process step by step. Tom listened to what our dream place would be and we were able to find it! Tom's guidance and professionalism was instrumental in helping us! Thank you Tom and thank you Greybeard!
