Tom is a remarkable realtor, he was so patient with us as we searched for just the right location to downsize to a condo. Even after our purchase he continues to work with us during the remodeling process of our new home, with helpful recommendations. Working with Tom made our whole buying process much easier. He has our wholehearted recommendation for anyone looking for just the right realtor.

We can’t say enough about the great job our realtor, Tom Arevian, did for us in our relocation. After learning that we were downsizing in a move from the Raleigh area to Greensboro to be closer to our grandchildren, and that we were hoping to try a townhouse life style, he quickly jumped on board to show us townhomes in and around Greensboro. His knowledge and honest opinions about different properties and locations put us at ease. He was always pleasant and easy to talk to about what we liked and disliked. Ever the professional, when we came across a listing that wasn’t one of his, with no hesitance he made an appointment for us to see the townhouse and it happen to hit all the things we were looking for in a new home. He saw to it that everything went smoothly with the other listing agent and always checking in, he was ready to help us with any renovation needs if necessary. Whether you are coming from afar or are a local resident looking for a new home, Tom Arevian will work diligently hard to make your dreams come true. He truly goes above and beyond! Sincerely, Connie and Mike Kirk

Tom was great. Went above and beyond to get the deal done and keep it on track with the other agent. Always a pleasure to work with him.

Excellent!

Excellent service ! The BEST!

Tom is a true professional—responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly dedicated. He was always available to answer my questions and worked tirelessly to help me find and close on my perfect home. Even after viewing many homes over the course of a year, he never missed a beat!

i HAVE ALREADT DONE THAT

Tom was helpful, thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable about what was available in Greensboro. He is a true professional and now a friend. He gave us advice when it was good judgement to do so but made sure our thoughts were the most important. We are grateful he is our real estate contact.

Would recommend Tom to anybody, we continue to enjoy working with him.

Tom Arevian and the Allen Tate team were excellent in helping us close on the purchase of a single-family home. Tom's attention to detail, knowledge of the market, frequent communications, and negotiating skills were instrumental in getting us to contract with a difficult seller. We would highly recommend Tom and Allen Tate Real Estate and we plan to use them to list our previous home in the near future.
