I've had the pleasure of interacting with Tina in different capacities for well over a decade. While there are many wonderful attributes I can share about Tina, the most important is that she is a woman of integrity. That's a quality that is becoming harder to find in today's world. I trust Tina implicitly and know that she will always have my best interests at heart. She's not just "out to make a sale." She's out to help people find their dream homes. And it takes so many different skills including, but not limited to, patience and intuition to assist a highly selective and analytical person like me to buy a home. She showed us numerous homes before we purchased our last house but never made me feel forced to to buy something that wasn't right. As a matter of fact, she encouraged us to find just the right home. I can't recommend Tina more highly! She is a true professional and will work tirelessly in your pursuit of buying or selling!

Tina was incredibly helpful and attentive while I was purchasing my first home. She is very friendly and knowledgeable in the business and helped me find the perfect home for my family quickly and efficiently.

As my husband always says... "Just call Tina!" That has become our family motto when it comes to real estate, and for good reason. Tina Stuckey is hands-down the best realtor I have ever worked with. Over the years, she has successfully guided us through multiple transactions, from buying and selling investment properties to helping my two daughters navigate their very first home purchases and subsequent sales. Tina’s understanding of the market, financing options, and the investment world is completely unmatched. Her customer service is top-notch; she consistently goes above and beyond before, during, and long after the sale closes. When listing a property, her marketing strategy is incredibly impressive, capturing the market's attention to deliver lightning-fast turnarounds and sale prices that routinely exceed our expectations. On the buying side, Tina is a master negotiator who uses creative, aggressive strategies to close the deal. She is an absolute professional, and we wouldn't trust anyone else. Save yourself the stress and just call Tina at TLC Realty.

Tina was wonderful through the entire home buying process. She was very informative, responsive, and always willing to answer any questions we had. As first time home buyers, she made the process much easier for us to understand and helped us feel confident in all of our decisions. We really appreciate all of her help and would definitely recommend her for anyone looking to buy a home!

Tina listed 12 multifamily lots for us, she researched and provided us with acompetitive and aggressive sale price to list them. Tina went above and beyond anyother realtor I've worked with in the past. She reached out to developers and cityofficials to get details on requirements and any tax abatement available. Her salesand marketing skills were top notch. We couldn?t honestly ask for more, we were sograteful for her dedication and professionalism throughout the whole process.
