She was very patient with us, listened to our initial wants, and frequently communicated what our options were as we continually changed what we wanted. Once we placed a bid on a house that everyone agreed met our wants, Tina assertively represented us in the negotiation process, to make sure we got the house, and we were getting a good value. We will definitely be using Tina again when we sell our current house.
