I’ve worked with Tina 5 times, both as seller and as buyer. She’s the best. The people she recommends for help getting your house ready to market, including the photographer, are also great. She is spot on when pricing your home to sell. She updates her listings daily. She is also a wonderful negotiator. This is very important in the bidding wars we have had in the real estate market of late. For example, she brought me two offers on the sale of my townhouse, one a little higher than the other. Usually, you’d pick the higher offer, however Tina let me know that the agent representing the higher price buyer had recently had several contracts fall through, and advised taking the slightly lower offer. I took her advice. My purchase closed. I subsequently learned that the other agent had failed to close another sale. Any agent can show a house or show you houses, but not all can can get the contract all the way to the closing, and that’s what you want.
