Hi Rong (Tina) Hong ,
Thank you so very much for your efficent and patient...
?All my family appreciated you for getting the good house to us.
?Again Thank you and your CENTURY 21 Dome Realty Inc!
I am referring Tina to all my friends and residents if they are thinking to buy a house. Tina goes above and beyond. She made me believe that I n this I am not alone she is with me. From beginning to end. She was on top from searching house to mortgager, lawyer even the cleaners. She was very determined that I will have my house this year. Non stop tours, offers negotiations. Century21 is lucky to have employees like her. Most people do their jobs but to convert a job in passion is different thing. I will give five star to Tina and century21 to make our dream come true.
Tina went above and beyond to make this a successful transaction. Without her personal knowledge and contacts, we never could have managed this transaction in such a short timeframe.
The negotiation skills of Tina were excellent, both professional and courteous. Tina has a way of putting things in the proper perspective in terms of the market conditions and that helped us to make our decision in buying our house.
Tina is a great help!
She is punctual, understanding, and learnt about our needs pretty quickly.
She has been on the sites/houses right on time and was very patient with us if we showed late at times.
She was right on scheduling the viewings at a short notice.
Overall she is a great realtor and i would definitely recommend her to my friends.
