Tina is the best realtor, and she knows the market in the area better than anyone I know or have dealt with in the past. She explained every step of the process to my wife and me in detail. She paid attention to what we wanted and was very deliberate in her search. She is very knowledgeable and highly responsive and made the whole experience smooth and easy for us. Tina is the reason my family is enjoying our dream house and we’re so grateful to Tina for working so hard to make it happen!

Tina made my home buying experience such a pleasant one! From the initial sit-down meeting to the closing date, Tina was there whenever I needed her, answered any and every question I had, and was extremely professional whilst being a friendly face along the way. This was my first home buying experience, which meant a steep learning curve and some nerves, but Tina kept me at ease with her cool and calm demeanor, and ensured I know what to do each step of the way without overwhelming me. I appreciate that Tina stayed very steady and focused, and didn't let me fall behind in the process, nor jump too far ahead. She listened to my wants, helped show me a variety of houses to identify what was a must have versus a nice to have, and ultimately found the perfect house - with more features than I could have ever imagined! I couldn't be happier with my home purchase and have Tina to thank for it!

Tina made my home buying experience easy and stress free. From the moment I expressed interest in searching for a home to the successful closing of my new home, Tina demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, expertise and dedication. She took my nonnegotiable items into serious consideration, ensuring that every property I viewed was a potential fit, and helped me find the floor plan that I absolutely love. I am so grateful to have had her by my side throughout this process and highly recommend her for your next or first real estate purchase. Thank you, Tina!

Tina partnered with me on my 4th executive cross-country relocation and I am beyond pleased with her white gloved approach to service, to say the least. She had quite a high bar to come behind the realtor who helped me buy/sell my last property and Tina completely wowed me with her thoughtfulness, planning, she kept me FOCUSED on what i said was important and at each point in the search, she reset my mind on where we were and how that property met my criteria.I have additional real estate needs am so genuinely excited to have an established relationship with someone who truly knows this market and is prepared to be with me and my family through what comes next. I'd recommend Tina WITHOUT HESITATION to those who understand real estate transactions, have high standards and want a detailed negotiator at the ready on their behalf. Go Tina!

Being we were relocating from out-of-state, we needed a good realtor that we could trust. Tina devoted her entire holiday weekend to helping us look at homes and she had a great eye for knowing what we were looking for. When the time came to put in an offer, Tina was quick and even got everything done in time for us to board our flight home. She also organized the entire inspection process while we were still out-of-state. The entire process was very smooth, we highly recommend Tina!

My husband and I highly recommend working with Tina to find your next home! We were moving to the triangle area from Austin and were referred to her by other families in the area. It was extremely important for us to find someone that we could trust to help us find what we were looking for from 1300 miles away, and Tina exceeded our expectations. Tina made sure we understood and were comfortable with the home buying process in NC, which was helpful coming from out of state. She gave us guidance on different areas that would fit what we were looking for, and she was diligent in finding new properties as they came on the market. She had a good understanding of the types of properties and neighborhoods we were looking for, even as we were deciding between downtown and suburban living. Tina was incredibly responsive; she was quick to answer any question that came up during both our home search and when we were under contract. We highly recommend Tina for anyone moving in the Triangle area. If you’re buying from out of state, you can rest assured that you’re in good hands!

First-time home buyer here. There were many things I enjoyed about working with Tina. First, she makes a strong effort to educate you about the home buying process. Everything from the basic terminology you're probably too embarrassed to ask to sharing a blank sample contract to look at so you know what you'll be signing, and to describing each step of the process. She also got creative when it became time to write an offer. We were in a multiple offer situation, my budget was maxed out, and Tina came up with other ways to make the offer more attractive; it worked! While working with Tina, I never felt pressured into buying a home. It wasn't about finding *a* home, it was about finding *the right* home. My home search went on a hiatus for a bit while work got crazy and during that time I never felt pressured. When it was time to look, Tina went into beast mode. Finally, I bought into a townhome complex with an HOA and while under contract, she took care of contacting the HOA to get questions answered, which saved me quite a bit of time and energy. I highly recommend Tina!

Tina is great!! I loved to work with her in this amazing journey. She is so helpful.
