Tina Byers & Randall Ratchford went above and beyond the entire process. They both answered all the questions we had and were always in contact explaining what was happening. I will refer both of them to anyone i know looking to buy a new home.

Tina is a personable, friendly agent that gets things done and communicates very well with all parties. She went out of her way to answer questions and no detail slipped through the cracks. I will use her services again and highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

I have worked with Tina on multiple real estate transactions and will continue to work with her and refer friends. She makes every transaction as seamless as possible, finds fantastic professionals to work with on the financing, inspection, and repair sides, and strives to ensure her customers and all of the other transaction parties walk away happy. She has educated me and even some of the seller side agents, on processes and what is needed for closing, she researches neighborhoods and properties to ensure that her clients are getting the homes that meet their needs, and if an issue does arise she is always calm and collected in finding the resolution. I will be going back to Tina for my next purchase or sale, and all of them going forward.
