Timothy is excellent at showing houses and walking through the final house inspection. He is very punctual at making sure paperwork is completed on time and also has strong contacts with local contractors for house renovations. All this made the house buying process smooth and as stress-free as possible for a first time homeowner.

I have rented several apartments in west la - from small complexes, to medium, to large "luxury" complexes. Then I was not renting for many years, until now, and this was my first apartment east of the 405. After a bad experience at another complex in Pasadena, I found the apartment Timothy was helping sell. Timothy helped me get up to speed on how things had changed, accommodated some habits from previous years (paper copies, etc). He communicated clearly, and made a genuine effort to make sure I was happy and settled in my new apartment. This was the first time, in all my apartments, where I actually felt that someone from a sales/management/landlord company was trying to genuinely help me get settled.
