Make no mistake, buying or selling your home is a business transaction.  The kind of transaction that can impact you and your family for years to come.  My 20 years of leadership in the Homeowners Insurance Industry has required me to develop a very specific skill set that will help ensure you make the best decisions possible when buying or selling a home.  Prior to joining Ebby Halliday I negotiated, mediated and arbitrated hundreds of settlements while working in a very demanding customer service based industry. In addition to my negotiating experience, I have an extensive background in developing and leading a variety of training and leadership development initiatives.  I have managed and lead large nationwide operations, both on location and virtually.      My experience was managing and leading people to achieve results in a very fast paced and dynamic environment.  It required me to manage multiple priorities, develop relationships, work with a wide spectrum of stakeholders and communicate effectively.  It also demanded creativity, the ability to problem solve and a great deal of flexibility.  The same skills and abilities you need when selecting someone to represent you in a real estate transaction. Like a lot of people working in corporate America, my job at times required me to relocate.  I understand what it’s like to uproot a family and to leave behind friends and community.  I also understand the financial strain and personal stressors it puts on a family and how finding a new place to call home can be incredibly unsettling.  But when it’s all said and done, buying or selling a home is still a business transaction and I’ve got the background to help.   Full-Time Dedicated Real Estate Professional Member of Greater Lewisville Association of Realtors Member of Texas Association of Realtors Member of National Association of Realtors
