Tim was an amazing. He had his hands full with us. I had been a successful realtor for 20 years in New Jersey and knew what I was looking for. He was willing to work with me and listened to my wants and needs. He forwarded me listings that were available and took us to see the ones we thought might fit the bill. He did an excellent job checking out the regulations in the homeowner association of the listings to see if they would accept my 6 dogs, many would not. He was very professional and insightful. When we did find “the one” he was great negotiating the details including inspection issues. We are so happy with our purchase and with Tim’s assistance getting it.
