As a first time home buyer I could not have had a better home buying experience than I had while working with Tiffany. Coming into the process being largely unfamiliar with every step, Tiffany coached and educated my partner and I throughout. Where some realtors may have been annoyed at our abundance of questions or our initial timidness towards making a competitive offer, Tiffany maintained the utmost professionalism throughout. The #1 thing that I was most impressed with while working with Tiffany was her communication. Believe it or not, Tiffany actually submitted our offer and negotiated our deal entirely while being on vacation and 6 hours ahead of us. As most are more than aware, the process of home buying is a little hectic today, and it's not uncommon for properties to disappear within 24-48 hours of being listed. I was fortunate enough to be able to hop on my computer every day, find new properties that I wanted to visit, and then text Tiffany to coordinate going to visit them just a few hours later. While my partner and I chose the majority of homes we wanted to tour, Tiffany paid close attention to our desires & our budget and would often recommend touring properties that weren't even on our radar. Being able to plan activities day of made my life considerably easier. Whether it's a holiday, a weekend, or late at night, I almost always received an immediate message back from Tiffany whenever I asked a question. And being able to have a direct line of communication for any and all questions was far and away the best value add in actually being able to purchase the home #1 but #2 in feeling comfortable in doing so. Independent of her professionalism, communication, and knowledge about the market, Tiffany is just a pleasant person to be around. When searching for realtors initially, being a first time home buyer the #1 question I asked myself was "who makes me feel the most comfortable" and hands down the answer was Tiffany.
