I don’t like leaving reviews. So I’m not just writing this to help Tom Martindale. I hate paper work and know nothing about buying a house or the process. Tom went above and beyond to help me. Dealing like my shortcomings of hating texting and digital communication. Taking calls while out of the office. I wish there were more people this helpful in every industry. Truly a pleasure to work with. I would never hesitate to send anyone to CMG as long as I know Tom is involved!

It is difficult to put into words how grateful I am to Tom and the team for their time, diligence and professionalism in working on my loan over the past month. My first communication with Tom was via email. I outlined the 'hurdles' I was facing with a somewhat "non-conventional conventional" loan. Tom called me within minutes. We discussed the options and he assured me that given my qualifications and his experience in handling this type of loan that we should not run into any issues. Initially, however, I went elsewhere with my business because the rate they were offering was too difficult to pass up. Long story short...inside of a week that outfit informed me they could not secure a loan for me. I reached out to Tom the day before Thanksgiving after 5pm and asked for help. He got to work right away and by Friday afternoon we were back on track. Again...hard to put into words my gratitude. But let me say if I knew of anyone looking for a loan I wouldn't simply recommend they work with Tom....I would INSIST they work with Tom.
I had great experience once I knew that everything on my end was taken care of. My loan officer showed as much concern as I did about the process. I felt secure knowing that there was someone that cared about the safety of information. I was also given information to better my credit and ways to stay above current on payments.. Above all I'm grateful for the whole experience.
