Thomas and Rosanne were excellent. The marketing of the home was excellent and managed to get us an offer within 4 days on the market AND during the slowest week in the year. Thomas was very knowledgeable and greatly assisted in prepping the house to be able to close (he was able to help recommend and schedule contractors to do servicing and repairs required for closing). We would use this team for all our real estate needs if we could. Would highly recommend.
