Theresa was awesome in helping to navigate the sale with a difficult and demanding buyer. As well as providing guidance throughout the process she personally assisted, hands on in ensuring the property was left in an acceptable condition. Thank you Theresa!

Theresa represented us with the sale of the family home and I wish I could give more than 5 stars! She is compassionate, knowledgeable, dependable, experienced, and extremely intelligent. She went above and beyond during a difficult time and worked hard to move things along, achieving the buyer's ambitious timetable, to complete the sale. She thoroughly explained each step and was available for questions, day and night. I honestly don't think my family could have gotten through this process without her. I will definitely use her services again and recommend Theresa for all your Real Estate needs!

Theresa was a pleasure to work with selling my mother’s home. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the market. She was helpful right up to the closing. I would highly recommend her!

I first found Mattapoisett, Marion, and Rochester several years ago and loved the area. At the time, I had no idea I would buy existing home, new home, build on empty lot or invest in a fixer upper. When looking for a real estate agent I would like to have a person with years of experience in this area. Theresa Fitzpatrick has been selling and buying home ten plus years. Not only did she have knowledge of amenities, characteristics, services and utilities of all three towns but also had relationships with several builders, other real estate agents in the area. Having builders input and select of various home gave us the insight and budget of building new, buying new or changing a home to fit our needs. Having all these options was extremely very helpful to help us a final comfortable decision. She took the time to go over the costs and benefits of new and existing homes to fit our budget. This included giving us helpful hints to sell our existing home and move it to our new house. I have to say with all the moving parts, Theresa was very patient and supportive through the process of finding our new home!

Theresa is the person you want to handle your real estate sale or purchase. Everything we needed she responded to within minutes. We cruised through the process and she was beside us every step of the way. Look no further.

Theresa made the process of selling my Dad’s house super easy. She was on top of all the steps and even negotiated the sales contract when on vacation in Ireland. I highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home.

Theresa was incredible! It was my first time buying a home, and she made it such a great experience every step of the way. She gave great advice, helped guide me through the process, and always kept me updated. Even if she was waiting for an update from the seller, she’d let me know I wasn’t being ignored! I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.

Theresa was absolutely fabulous to work with. She really took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for, which was vital as we were moving from out of state during the COVID lock down and had to limit our traveling. Theresa helped make a disjointed, stressful move happen as smoothly as possible.

We can’t say enough good things about Teresa. She made selling our house a breeze. From the analysis and marketing of the property to the final steps of closing she was communicating and keeping us abreast of everything. She helped in every part of our process including coordinating repairs to helping with disposal of trash. She is truly a hands on broker. We fully recommend Teresa to act as your agent - she is truly top notch.
