She searched endlessly for his very specific wish list and patiently answered every single question and concern. It amazed me how well she handled every situation that arose. Her knowledge of the real estate world seemed endless and was so helpful to us. Her professionalism and moral standards were appreciated and did not go unnoticed. Constantly going out of her way to accommodate us spoke volumes. She really gave us all peace of mind through the whole process of a long distance purchase. Cheyenne was exceptional from start to finish with the sale of my house. She suggested repairs/upgrades for the house that would help with the sale, and she assisted with selecting contractors for the work. Within two weeks of the initial listing the house was under contract! Inspections and closing went very smoothly, finishing a little over a month from the day the house went under contract.
