We cannot recommend the Janice Taylor team enough. We haven’t sold a home in over 25 years and weren’t sure what we were looking for. After meeting with 2 other realtors, Janice and David came in and blew us away. But more importantly they delivered on their promises. Not only did they help us to thoughtfully come up with a sales price, but they gave us access to all of their contractors for some minor repairs and updates. The contractors all charged a very fair price. And those contractors try hard to live up to Janice’s expectations. And don’t get me started on the staging. When they were done I almost didn’t want to sell. They brought in some of their own pieces and moved mine around in ways that I didn’t even think of. It showed so well that we sold it in one weekend. They explained all of the steps to us, gave us great advice on selecting an offer, helped us get an attorney and made closing a breeze. We cannot recommend Janice’s team enough and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I RARELY take the time to do something like this as my life/work is so insanely busy. Janice Taylor, Susan Parsons, and Brandy Johnson were not even MY REALTORS, they represented the Seller. BUT were they ever helpful to me post-close!!! They tracked down cleaners, yard people, and you name it to help ME out. They did more than my Buying Broker did!!! Janice Taylor and her entire team was the best experience we have ever had in Real Estate world. From the initial consultation and recommendations on how to get ready all the way through the closing process. Her entire team is easy to work with and were always open to any questions concerning the process and expectations. Her team knows just how to stage and what few minor improvements makes all the difference. Our house was listed and sold in one short weekend with awesome results.  We know why she is thought of as the best Realtor in the Richmond area. The only downside we had is we are moving out of state and could not use her for the buying process as well!

We strongly and without reservation recommend David. He is absolutely in a class by himself. He came exclusively recommended to us by a nationally recognized realtor team in DC / Northern Virginia when we decided to relocate to Richmond. David learned as much as he could about us: why we were moving, what sort of house, price range, close to family in Richmond, what kind of deal we were looking for, would there be financing, etc. He took us to a number of prospective places and helped us look for issues and things that just did not feel right to him. His perceptions were right on. He navigated us through a land mine of hidden problems, fake negotiations, false claims and "mis-statements" by realtors and sellers. We found David to be very professional in the listing and sale of our home. He understood the market and provided solid advice yet blended it into meeting our needs. At the beginning he took time to understand our sale needs. He was calm under pressure, not pushy and assured that we remained in control of the sale of our home. He provided good suggestions backing them up with facts. He was a trustworthy asset and part of "our team". He was always available to respond to our phone calls or texts even when out of town with his family. We trusted his advice and highly recommend him.

Janice and her team have represented me in a number of transactions, but the latest was in January of 2019. I would not have anyone else represent myself and my family! Her team staged our home in a few areas and provided necessary feedback for us to get a quick sell. The last property we sold in VA and we had a contract in 3 weeks. They handled everything for us as we had moved out of state. Janice has sold 6 homes for me and all 6 had contracts on them in 1 day to 3 weeks. We never received any low ball offers either.
