The Roth team did a great job - communication was excellent and they got our house sold quickly.

Eric P. provided us with excellent service in the identification and purchase of our new home in the Milwaukee area. He effectively negotiated with the seller's agent on our behalf and provided valued counsel regarding specific issues. The rest of the Roth team handled the closing well and were a pleasure to work with. We would not hesitate in recommending the Roth Team to others!

This is my second time working with Allen and the closing team, and it was again an awesome experience! I was purchasing a condo, and Allen steered me through what ended up being a very challenging situation to my complete satisfaction. Allen is very thoughtful and professional (attentive and available) and the closing team is on top of all the details in a way that made this purchase ultimately so rewarding! I wanted to get back home to Milwaukee and live near my grandchildren; The Roth Team made that possible!

I cannot recommend The Roth Team highly enough for both the sale of my current home and purchase of my new home. They are the only real estate professionals I have worked with—and the only ones I will ever work with. Their expertise, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to my best interests were evident from start to finish. Brad’s guidance on pricing was spot on and resulted in three offers over asking within just two days of listing. I accepted an offer that was $25,000 over the list price with no inspection and no appraisal contingency, which far exceeded my expectations. On the buying side, Brad toured over 25 homes with me and ultimately helped secure an accepted offer on the right one. Connie was instrumental in getting my home market ready, clearly explaining every step, coordinating photography (with Jim the photographer, who did an excellent job), and handling all listing details seamlessly. Once both deals were under contract, Lisa took the lead and was phenomenal—managing extensive back and forth to keep everything on track through both closings. Lois was equally invaluable, supporting the team and filling in every gap with seamless communication and coordination. This team works flawlessly together, and it shows. They turned what could have been a stressful process into an exceptionally smooth and successful experience. I would recommend The Roth Team without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home.

Everything was great! Everyone we worked with especially Allen was always friendly and helpful no matter how many questions I had. Would recommend shorewest any time. Thank you 😊

The Roth team sold my lot full price as I asked. I did initially reduce the price as suggested by Mike Roth to meet current market prices and that lot sold and I have two others that are listed through them and they’re doing a very good job pursuing leads in order to get those sold as well.

absolutely great! would recommend anytime. kept us up on what was happening. always friendly . allen roth was always professional and curtious. evveryone was great.

Allen and his team went way above and beyond for me. I was in a bind and they were able to get the property sold very quickly and for an outstanding price. I strongly recommend them for any property needs. They not only get things done, but they also genuinely care and it shows. I will be recommending them to anyone who is looking for a property or looking to sell because they get things done!! I am very greatful for everything they did for me.

Easy experience.

My husband and I had a great experience working with the Roth Team. We worked closely with realtor Mike Roth and closing coordinator Lisa Idling who made the selling process quick and easy. Mike initially came out to meet us one month prior to listing to walk us through the process to prepare our home. There was never any pressure to sign with their team. He walked through our home and provided suggestions on what items should be and shouldn’t be addressed prior to listing. He came prepared with housing evaluations and comparisons so we could price our home competitively for the current market. We had several questions and Mike was respectful and answered all our questions and concerns. After taking his suggestions and preparing the home, we decided to move forward with the Roth Team and Mike reached back out to us as he initially stated he would. Once the home listed, Mike had coordinated for Lisa to connect with us to guide us through the selling and closing process. We received an offer within 2 days of listing and Mike and Lisa guided us through the process to ensure we understood the offer and made sure we had everything ready for closing. Lisa was always informative and helpful during every phone or email interaction and provided insights to make sure we understood everything before signing. I only experienced positive communication with both Lisa and Mike and would recommend the Roth Team to other family and friends looking to buy or sell a home.
