We recently purchased our FIRST HOME!!!! We are forever grateful to the Rose Team Chris and Debbie for driving this experience to it’s’ pinnacle. We began our search early in December and had very specific needs in both the structure of the home and most importantly the location. We were willing to wait until we found the right house in the right place, the place we have dreamed of living to be close to our family. We wanted to make sure we found not just a house, but a home where our family was close by and our children would share their lives together, looking out for each other, playing with each other, making lifelong memories. It was an emotionally charged and fervent list that was handed to the Rose Team on that special day we decided they would be our partners in this quest after they helped us sell a home during a very emotional and sad time for our family. Debbie made no hesitation in starting the search and within a few days had found a home that was beautiful, we thought it was amazing…but it didn’t quite feel like home. Chris and Debbie spent the next month doing everything they could to find us a place, knocked on doors, chatted with neighbors, networked within the Realtor world….until 1 day. There it was…the home of our dreams. We walked in looked at each other and knew…this was our house. That first immediate phone call was so adrenaline fueled to finally say…MAKE AN OFFER! Debbie and Chris jumped right on it contacted everyone necessary, and swoosh…there the offer went. Oh…one major fact here…it was a SHORT SALE. We were told this was unheard of right now in the area we were looking, and can take forever they said, a roller coaster for the buyers was repeated over and over. Well…Debbie and Chris said, “Buckle up, ‘cuz here we go!” This was not your ordinary sale, Chris and Debbie worked relentlessly to make sure every “I” was dotted , every “t” was crossed and then another road block…tick tick tick UP then AAAAAAAAAAAAAhhhh down we go…but we are still on the ride and there is an end in sight after months. They had to call everyone they could think of to come through and help us meet all the needs of this short sale…and every time we needed them, they were there. Every time there was an issue, they handled it and there were lots of crazy insane issues. Ups and downs, Debbie and Chris were on it! Then it happened…CLOSING DAY!!! From stalking the listing agent, to working with the homeowner, to calling in re-reinforcements, to listening to me vent and hugging me when it seemed like it would never be ours…They Did IT!! The day we were handed the keys felt like a giant weight of worry had been lifted and comfort, excitement, and pure joy took over. We are HOME, We are OVERJOYED, and so incredibly GRATEFUL .
