In my 50 years of selling and buying homes for my family, I have never worked with a more competent, caring and informative real estate agent. Jeff Popper exceeded my expectations in every way imaginable. My husband and I live several states away from SC, so our house hunting was a bit more challenging. To make it even more challenging, our list of must haves was firm. We were only interested in an ocean front house with a minimum of 4 bedrooms and 4+ bathrooms. Since inventory was limited, Jeff used his vast resources and came across a house under construction that had not yet been listed. Not only did Jeff help my husband and me present a successful offer, but he also helped us with the final details to complete the construction of the house. As an example, I had carefully chosen quartzite slabs for all my countertops. The stone store accidently sold them to another customer. I couldn’t return to SC for several weeks to choose a different stone, so again I asked Jeff for help. I actually had Jeff choose 8 replacement quartzite slabs of a different stone.
